E-Z Pricebook is a Windows (95/98) based program designed for distribution to your retailers (contractors) as a replacement or complement to your catalog & price list. E-Z Pricebook looks up the part numbers and prices of their required supplies and optionally prints an estimation, invoice for their use or purchase order for transmission to you by fax or modem.
Features:
Quickly look up prices and part numbers of materials available to him
from you
(the wholesaler) using a partial description.
Print a purchase order directed to you, that your company may fax to
you,
listing the company name, address, PO number, account number, required
date,
ship-to information, quantity, description, price of selected items,
and total
price of the purchase order. Also creates an ASCII file of this
Purchase Order
that may be sent to you by modem.
If the wholesaler has more than one store, your customer may select
which store
to issue the purchase order to within the program.
Print an estimate for your customer based on your products and his
markup,
including lines for notes and disclaimers.
Update the price data file by Floppy Disk, or file sent by modem from
wholesaler.
Delete or edit existing purchase orders, invoices and proposals.
Convert proposal to invoice, and invoice to purchase order.
May be set up to increment purchase order and invoice numbers, or enter
your
own.
The program keeps track of the date code on the price data file
- it saves
it with all purchase orders, proposals and invoices. If your customer
should
edit an existing file created with an outdated price date file, the
program will
scan all items and update the edited version with the new prices, and
flag any
items not on the current price data file as no longer available.

E-Z Estimator (L) is an expanded version of our E-Z Estimator 26. Each group of 26 pages now represent a Chapter, the templates may now contain up to 100 chapters, thereby containing up to 41,000 data items. Each chapter may have chapter reference names to help you keep track of what is contained in each chapter.
This version of E-Z Estimator is mouse aware for your speed and convenience.
With the purchase of an update we will furnish a supplemental program that will allow you to convert your existing templates into the format used by E-Z Estimator (L). When combining existing templates your existing template name will now be the Chapter Reference name in the combined template.
